DVD License & Publishing Agreement

by Janson Media Admin

Producers or content creators who are only interested in having us release their title on DVD in North America, (and not entering into a distribution agreement for overall rights licensing) would sign an exclusive DVD License & Publishing Agreement with us. Our agreement is industry-standard.  We become the exclusive manufacturer of the DVD (we do not buy DVDs at wholesale). Our royalty rates are in the standard 10%-15% range. We report quarterly, and our license terms range from 5 to 7 years. We sometimes pay a conservative advance guarantee vs. royalties. We must have EST rights as well, as this sector (electronic downloads) is a growing part of our business.

To submit content to us only for a DVD License & Publishing Agreement, just get the ball rolling by dropping a comment on this page, and we will respond quickly. Download a sample agreement here.

Looking For Distribution (US and Canada)

We have produced a mix of documentary (on the lines of “The Secret movie” titled “Full Confidence – Overcoming fear with the power of love”

In this movie Verónica de Andrés explores the link between love, fear and success. “Verónica can inspire you, because she teaches from the heart” JACK CANFIELD, Founder, Chicken Soup for the Soul.

FULL CONFIDENCE is an independent film, focused on human development. It combines aspects of both documentary films and video seminar and simultaneously provides entertainment for the viewer. The film explores several paths to learn how to expand the internal resources that we all have, but seldom use to their fullest extent. It has certain features of a documentary because it presents the inspiring true success stories of people from different countries, contexts and backgrounds, which reflect the validity of the message. It has elements of video seminar since the concepts presented are the result of Veronica´s finest classes and presentations delivered in universities and organizations throughout the world.

FULL CONFIDENCE offers many suggestions for self-guided improvement. It combines ingredients of effective education, coaching, emotional intelligence and management.

The film featuring Verónica de Andées. Verónica is an Argentine educator, coach, keynote speaker and author specialized in human development. She holds a Master of Arts in Education with Distinction from Oxford Brookes University, England. She is also an executive member of the International Council for Self-Esteem. Verónica has worked in five continents and has found that love is the universal answer to overcoming fear and developing full confidence. In 2006, she was dubbed as Dame of Grace of the Order of St.John of Malta, on the merits of her “outstanding work in awareness education on a global scale¨.

SUBTITLES: SPANISH – PORTUGUESE – ENGLISH
