This Giant Screen Film, narrated by Peter O’Toole, takes an in-depth look at the culture and history of India by following the incredible journeys of Neelkanth, a young boy who traveled throughout this vast majestic land over the course of many years.Audiences will experience India’s geographic and cultural diversity, amaze in the natural beauty of its land and architecture and celebrate in its spectacular festivals and spiritual wonders.
Created by the award-winning team of director Keith Melton, cinematographer Reed Smoot and screenwriter Mose Richards, Mystic India tells the story of a remarkable boy’s spiritual journey and in the process captures the beauty and intrigue of India, with images that are both breathtaking and immersive. As Neelkanth travels throughout India, audiences are taken from the freezing peaks of the Himalayas to the nation’s scorching deserts and tropical rainforests; across fields and rivers and to small remote villages, all along witnessing the sheer natural beauty of India as well as the incredible achievements of its people.
Mystic India was filmed in over 52 locations throughout India. The detailed and authentic recreations of sacred shrines and traditional festivals were made possible by a cast of over 45,000 volunteers, secured by producer BAPS. In the film, audiences experience India’s incredible history and most treasured destinations, and learn why Mark Twain once termed India “the one land that all desire to see.”

Hi,
I would like to buy the DVD of Mystic India: An Incredible Journey of Inspiration movie.
Would you please tell me where I can get this DVD.
Thanks
Sam Dhupar
Thanks for your comment. It’s a great film — we will try to find the publisher of the DVDs for you.
Like Sam Dhupar I would very much like to purchase a copy of
Mystic India – a legal, commercially released copy.
I don’t understand what rights to the movie Janson holds.
Do you only hold the screen (television) rights, or do you hold all rights, and if so, do you intend to release Mystic India as a DVD?
If you hold worldwide screening rights, can you state whether you have sold these rights to an Australian corporation?
Many thanks for your assistance and good luck in propogating this marvellous film
We have worldwide television rights The film has not yet been released the film on DVD, and we are hoping to acquire those rights as well. Please check back with us; perhaps sign up for our emails or pressroom news feed to learn when we release it on DVD. Thanks for your interest.
Just checking to see if the DVD is out yet? I am interested in buying a copy.
Thanks.
Dhaval
