    He then will set up shop (er, kitchen) at possibly a luxurious Mexican, Canadian, or Hawaiian resort, where he will demonstrate some of the best barbecue and grilling recipes that he’s collected on his world culinary travels.

    With visits to the Calgary Stampede, the most famous “Jerk” stand in Jamaica, the oldes bratwurst restaurant in Germany, film an outdoor kitchen cooking up paella in Spain, grill up some barbecue lamb sausages in the hills above Budapest, and work with a five-star chef in Banff, Alberta barbecuing the best of Alberta, beef, buffalo, and elk. Rick again will bring home the best barbecue recipes on the planet.

    In addition to the cooking segments Rick leads his viewers on tours of local breweries, wineries, fresh food and meat markets, game preserves, national parks, fishing villages, ranches and farms, and unusual food vendors and manufacturers in each of the countries he visits – a sort of culinary and touristic world tour.
