Janson Media released its new lifestyle travel series, Travel With Kids to an enthusiastic reception at MIPTV 2008 last week in Cannes, France. Available for the first time to television, VOD, DVD/video, and new media markets worldwide, Travel With Kids features two real-life kid brothers and their parents traveling to well known and off the tourist track destinations. Packed with the fun and the mis-adventures that come with traveling with kids, each episode shows viewers what they might expect, enjoy, and think twice about doing on a family vacation.
Now in its second season, Travel With Kids follows the Roberts family as they travel across the country and the world to places such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, London, Ireland, Mexico, and the Virgin Islands. From swimming with dolphins and late night encounters with giant sea turtles, to finding the Mona Lisa and exploring centuries old pirate forts, kid-hosts Nathan and Seamus, along with mom and dad, find adventure wherever they go. Travel With Kids encourages viewers to get out of the resorts and meet the locals, take local transportation and stay at small budget hotel. The show also presents parent viewers with the challenges of traveling with kids – from dealing with naps and tantrums, deciding where to eat in remote places, to the best places to stay with kids, and how to get around on a budget. The program delivers practical travel information that is interesting and useful for families planning a trip, and armchair travelers alike. Additional pop-up on-screen facts on the history, culture and travel tips for the destination make Travel With Kids an entertaining and educational show that the whole family can enjoy.
Travel With Kids (26 x 30′) is produced by Equator Creative Media, and is now available to television, VOD, DVD/video, and new media markets worldwide exclusively through Janson Media.
