Nut City, a troublesome cartoon place to live, is where major mayhem occurs. It was once a spectacular city full of kids and family, but is now isolated due to a surge in crime. Somewhere in the city, a detective named Almondo is working hard to solve the mysteries. His department handles various criminal cases from minor to major. Ken, who wants to become a legendary detective, joins this agency as a junior detective and gets involved in solving cases with the members of the agency -- Fred, Crust and Asso.
